The infamous "BSOD", or Blue Screen of Death, can be caused by a multitude of factors.

This is not something that can really be reviewed very effectively over a forum like this. It is something that a Local Technician will need to diagnose for a better understanding of the cause of the issue. Welcome to the Webroot Community.
If I may just add to the great info JP has posted. If you are referring to your Webroot interface being blue, this usually just means that a scan is required. If you open the interface (Click Webroot icon in your system tray, lower-right) and click the "Scan" button your interface should return to green following the scan.
If you are indeed referring to a BSOD, then disregard this and follw the advice that JP has posted. Also, if you're able to relate any information that appears on a BSOD, that would help us as well. (Although it can be hard since most times the Blue screen doesn't display for very long) ;)
