I can't seem to activate my webroot console. I have tried seven times with my info, but it says my account hasn't been verified. I have my new keycode, but it doesn't seem to work. Can you help me with this?

Please look here at the KB Article just to be sure you have followed these instructions.
Then if you have tried all of the above then I would Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can investigate the issue for you. This is a free service with a Webroot subscription..
