After changing my password, I cannot sign into my password manager.

After resseting my password, I cannot sign into password manager. It says password invalid. It does work for my online login though.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
You may need to give the system a little time to synchronise...there usually is a delay. But what you can try is (i) run a manual scan as that sometimes induces a refresh, & if that does not work then (ii) I would Open a Support Ticket to advise the Support Team so that they can investigate the issue for you.

Tech support hasn't been much help.
I can sign into my web account but not my password mananger extension.
It says invalid password. It acts like it never got the memo that there was a password change.
I even try to reinstall it and now it won't install.

Is the Password Manager icon still showing in the Toolbar? If it is then try resetting your password again via the online console, waiting for a while and then trying the Password Manager again.
 
If it is not then check what the condition of the extension is, i.e., is it installed, enabled or is it saying it is 'corrupt'?
