Backup and Sync keeps saying my email and password is incorrect even after resetting it.

I set up and even changed my password and each time it keeps saying my passoword and email combination is incorrect.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. The best thing to do would be to Submit a Support Ticket so they can fix this for you. This is a free service with an active Webroot subscription.
