Facing Ethernet Doesn't Have a Valid IP

Hey, I spent a lot of time on this but couldn't succeed.  I removed Webroot SA complete because I was getting error 10 and 21 for backup and file sync (still have that problem but screw it).  Then my ethernet quit working and I got an "ETHERNET DOESN’T T HAVE A VALID IP CONFIGURATION" error in Windows.      When I tried to reinstall it, it gave me a Bad Keycode Error of some sort. So, I figured it need to handshake to confirm the Key.
Can anyone help me out on this?

why wasting time just disable IPv6.
How would I do it? I am bit noob in terms of Networking and stuff...
You can search for this on google there are many guides available. Don't be soo noob :p If still you won't find anything then I'll be glad to help you.
Amidst fixing this, I don't actually want to crash something else.
Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration error is caused because DHCP is unable to get a valid IP Address from your NIC (Network Interface Card)
You can try the following links for more help. Don't worry, you won't corrupt anything else.

In case you are facing Ethernet doesn’t have a valid IP configuration the time you run Windows troubleshooter then you are not the only one. Here we have some methods to fix this issue but in case you want to go for detailed solutions then you can go for this website https://appuals.com/ethernet-doesnt-have-a-valid-ip-configuration/

1- Reinstalling TCP/IP:
Tap the Windows key and X altogether and choose the option of Network Connections. Then right-click your network adapter, pick Properties and press the install button. Now choose the option of Protocol and tap Add. Pick the option of Reliable Multicast Protocol and tap OK to install the protocol. As last step reconnect your Ethernet or Wi-Fi to see if the problem has been solved.
2- Changing Network Adapter Settings:
Click the Windows key and X altogether, tap Network Connections and right-click your network adapter and press the option of Properties. Then press Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and Properties. Here press the options of Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically one after another. In case the issue is still there then pick the option of Use the following IP address and Use the following DNS server addresses and fill in the address. At the end tap Ok so you could save the changes and check in case the issue has been sorted out.
