How do I reactivate Webroot reputation service?
How do I turn back on the reputation service? No more green check marks next to web search results...

Welcome to the Community Forums.
As the Webroot Web Filtering extension is just that, an extension, you should go to the extension/addon manager for the browser or browsers that you are using and check that it is (i) installed & (ii) enabled.
If you need help with that please post back with details of the browser or browsers, and their versions, involved and we can provide further information as to how to proceed. Please also advise as to the version of WSA you are running (hover your cursor over the WSA notification try icon to easily find out this detail).
