Welcome to the Community Forums.
The quickest way to review is to click on the Utilities Tab in the main planel and from the option revealed as a result then click on the Reports options.
On the righthand side of the next panel you will see options to Save the Scan Log and the Threat Log. If you are looking for details of threats found then run the latter option, and the former for the details of what the scans have found. When you take an opption you will be asked to provide a file name & location for the details to be saved to, and once these have been provided if you Save the option the report will open in Notepad, which you can then search, copy, etc.
Please note that the Logs are both cumulative and therefore the latest information will be at the bottom of the saved document.
