How can I create a new user? Console/New user doesn't work as expected. Seems half of the form is missing?

Tried it with two different browsers (FX and Chrome).

Thank you 🙂

Page 19 of this doc walks you through it.  Let us know if the screens aren't matching the documentation still.

Thanks, I am now able to create a new user when I check "enable console access". Thought there would be a way to not enable console access :(

Anyway, now I am running into another problem:

I do have two license codes: AV license (3 devices) and Complete license (5 devices). When I add a new user I am not able select the AV license.

What I want: I want to install SA AV on two PCs of family members and SA Complete on two other PCs of family members. I want to see at https://my.webrootanywhere.com (PC-Security) which PCs are "connected" (both, SA Complete users and SA AV users) and I want to start a manual scan.

Only I want to see that, family members should have no access to it.

Is that possible? If so, how can I do that?

I played around with the settings but there is a) no way to select only the AV license for a user and b) no way to disable console access. So as far as I understand, everyone is able to start a scan from the web interface for another PC?

Hello Webroot User,

This is John from the Webroot Support Team.

This is available if you register both accounts with the same email. After that no one can create new users or register the keycodes without your permission.

So to register both under the same email register the first one and then do the same process and after you click the "Register" button it should say "We have seen you before?" and ask if you want to merge the accounts or create separate consoles for either of them. Create the separate consoles, as this lets you see which keycode which computers are installed under.

Please let us know if you need further assistance, by clicking here to start a support ticket.

Thanks,
