I changed my mail WebRoot Console password. Now unable to access saved passwordsHow to fix ASAP?

This problem occurs with multiple browsers and also when attempting to login via the webroot toolbar icon.  Additionally the problem happens using the "SecureWeb" android application when attempting to login to the "Vault".  I am continually reprompted for my email address and password.
 
Version 8.0.7.28  WebRoot Complete.
 
 
When I click the "Go to Passwords" Box:


I get the following screen with no error messages and no passwords:


 
This is what happens when I use the WebRoot toolbar to attempt to login:  (I am copy pasting known working email address and password.)  No chance of a typo.   This is a bug 


 
Please help me fix this problem so that I may access my passwords again ASAP.

Welcome to the Community Forum,
 
Here is some informationn about the Password MNger Vault ifor your Android.
 
To use the Password Manager within the SWB:
 
Open the SWB app.
  • Log into  WSB if prompted (Using your Webroot Account information)
  • Click the Menu button
  • Select Vault
  • Enter your login or password if prompted
  • Click ok
  • Your stored Password Manager sites should now display. 
  • Click on the site you wish to log into, it should open in the WSB
  • Some sites have the login spaces showing by default, some do not.  If the site does not, click Sign In/Log In link to access the login page.
  • Click the Menu button
  • Select Vault
  • Select AutoFill
  • Click on the saved site profile you wish to use to log in.
  • Click the page login button if needed.
 
In some cases when you close WSB you will have to sign in again with your log in password.

Since Password Manager is not showing up on the Console or Toolbar then I'd advise a  Support Ticket.
