I have not been able to access Google lately. Are you blocking access?
I recently renewed my Webroot Secure Anywhere protection. For the last 5 days or so, I have not been able to access Google.com. Tonight I noticed that my Webrood icon has a picture of a lock on it. Is that lock somehow stopping me from acccessing Google?

We shouldn't be blocking Google - if so, then it's a bug or false positive for sure. Can you temporarily disable Webroot to see if the problem goes away. If so let me know and we can get support to contact you for logs to document the issue.
