It runs occasionnaly when I boot up, but now it seems to be running every time. Sometimes it won't let me boot Windows. A real nuisance!
I'm on a laptop running Windows 7 Home Version. Any help available? Thanks.

Did this error occur after installing Webroot?

I would also try System File Checker https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
If none of this information is helpful then I would submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active Webroot license.They will gladly check this out for you.
