Please submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support to sort this problem. Support will probably request logs from your computer to see why this is happening, if so they will send you the link to send logs. This service is FREE with a Paid Subscription.

IMO WSA's Optimizer is very good at what it does and it's only a very, very minor registry cleaner even if you could call it that. And Webroot Knows that Microsoft suggests not to use any major registry cleaners as they can do more harm than good: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/kb/2563254 so in this case I would not worry about what WSA cleans in any sense to the registry as I run daily without issues ever.
