To Customer Support To Customer Support

My computer will not boot. issue; WRKrn.sys.

I am unable to start my computor, not even in safe mode.  The file at issue is
File: windowssysytem32driversWRKrn.sys
Error code: 0xc0000221.
Operating system: Windows 10.
 
Is there a way to obtain the missing file and insert them in the hard drive.  My system is asking for a recovery disc or USB.... do you have such a recovery disc?

Sorry you are having trouble with your computer. Please submit a Support Ticket or call Webroot Support. The Support ticket is open 24/7. Support will sort your problem.

Just a note: Please be patient with Webroot Support since this is the weekend. Also please do not put another Support Ticket in on the same problem, wait until you get your reply from Support. Putting another Support Ticket in before they reply will put you at the end of the queue.
