Need help removing a virus

Hi
I have a virus named sync-eu.exe.bid I need help removing. Webroot wont remove it but Malwarebytes blocks the outgoing port and adwcleaner said it removed it but I guess it didnt because it is still trying to connect. What can I do?

I did a Google search on this. To be safe I would Contact Support.
