PROGRAM PASSWORD not website password
i have forgotten my password to the console. I can access the website fine but not the program. Any help? 🙂

NO, I have access to the website. The password and verification code for the website is not the problem. I can't access the PROGRAM on my computer. It has expired and I need to uninstall it but when I try to shut it down, it asks for the password to ACCESS CONTROL. Once again, the website is NOT the issue. The PROGRAM is asking for a password I set to it and I don't remember it.

Is this what your talking about Password protect the Program: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C13_Settings/CH13b_SettingAccessControl.htm I'm not sure so I would suggest that you Submit a Support Ticket and they will let you know how to bypass it.

Sorry about that! For this issue you need to submit a Support Ticket so that they can assist you. That's the only way because of the Security of the Webroot Program.
