Password manager crashing.

Happens a couple times a day. Could be in FF, or Chrome. All versions up to date. System was also recently re-formatted so all is up to date and new. Password manager does a pop up stating something has gone wrong and has crashed. i then go into extensions within browser, restart and wait for the next time it happens. There doesnt seem to be any special circumstances when it occurs, just randomnly.

(All you'll need to do is run it, enter your email, and press Start)
