Reactivate Password Manager

Hi all
 
I am using Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete for Mac. I recently upgraded my licence key and everything has been fine. Until tolday that is. For some reason I cannot log into my password manager and when I do, it tells me that the account has been deactivated. 
 
Now to make matters worse, I thought I would remove the extension and then reinstall it. However, the console keeps opening up Safari to install it. So just to check, i let it install on Safari and then enetred my access details, to which I got the same response as before.
 
Can anyone help me this fixed?

Could you please tell me if you upgraded with a new keycode by chance? If so please submit a Support Ticket so that support can transfer your Passwords to your new keycode or even if you are having these issues with PW Manager being deactivated.
