Webroot halted setup.exe for software I downloaded. It detected malware W32.Immirat.gen. Can anyone tell me what this is and how it may have gotten into the setup.exe file? I have no reason not to trust the developer of the software.

I have done some research and I am not finding much about this particular threat. Sometimes these threats are imbedded with the downlaod/program.
False positives do happen, but please Submit a Support Ticket as that is the best way to report this. They will help you free of charge with a Webroot subscription. They ussually respond within 24 to 48 hours.
