Webroot password manager does not recognize my email address. What am I doing wrong?

Update: yep, it was just a matter of waiting a few minutes after I enabled user access in the web console under the 'Passwords' section, my bad.
 
 
 
Hi all,
 
I just purchased Webroot Complete and amloving it so far.
 
A challenge presents itself however: I got started scanning my PC (technically a MSFT Surface 3) and everything so far is great but uponinstalling the Webroot password manager extension in Chrome it won't recognize my email address, meanwhile this is the exact same one I am using right now to log into the web console and into Webroot SecureAnywhere, so I'm a little stuck.
 
Any thoughts on whether this is because I just purchased the licence and it might take a while to refresh on Webroot's end or something?
