account deactivated

I recently loaded a new keycode...scans work fine but I cannot access my password manager it says account deactivated!

Greetings @, I'll be happy to make sure that we get your Password Manager issue resolved.

First, please make sure your new keycode has been added to your Online Account.

1. Open the following web page:
https://my.webrootanywhere.com/default.asp

2. Log in to your account.

3. At the top right corner of the account window, your user name is listed with a drop-down arrow. Click the arrow to open the drop-down menu.

4. In the drop-down menu, select Manage Keycodes.

5. Click Add Product Keycode and enter your keycode.

6. Click Add.

Please let me know once you've been able to successfully add your keycode so I can ensure everything is good on our back-end.

Sorry but this is a mess. I did every thing above. when I go to open web.  I try to on webroot
password manage it states that it deactivited. this happen every year.
I open a new claim tech reply does not show I have make 4 request,  I get a email to
click on message and can't see their replys http://www.webrootanywhere.com/service.asp/>
If you are asked to logon, use the credentials we have provided below:
Can't see their messages,  I can see my 3 sent message and not webroot.
I uninstall on my computer and reinstalled.  Does not help
Just upset that this happen ever year.
