adding a second device

I have Security Complete on my Android phone and want to add it to my Thrive tablet.  Tried "add a device" instructions on the Webroot website.  I have downloaded and installed the app on the Thrive, but when I try to activate it, I need a "complete keycode".  I don't have that.  What now?

Welcome to the Community maryel41.


It looks like your SecureAnywhere Complete keycode needs to be associated with your MyWebroot account which is currently associated with the free app.


Can you please Send me a Private Message with any other email addresses that you have (I found your MyWebroot account using the email address that you registered here on the forum with) and also any keycodes that you may have and we will get this resolved.
