I have a new keycode and would like to add the time to my current account and cancel automatic renewal.
How do I do that.

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Entering a new keycode will mean that you effectively lose the time on your existing key, if the new key that you have purchased is for the same version of WSA as your current key then you could Open a Support Ticket, and see if the Support Team would add the time from the new key to your existing key.
I cannot guarantee that Support will do this for you but you lose nothing by asking, and then if they will not then you will just have to hold onto the new key until the current one expires.
Also when entering a new keycode you would need to submit a Support ticket to transfer your Passewords in Password Manager to your new keycode. So I'd advise that you open a support ticket anyways.:D
