If you bought (renewed) the new Webroot Keycode through Webroot online it should automatically update your subscription. If you bought the keycode somewhere else (store, newegg etc.) please submit a Support Ticket and they will help adding the existing time to you subscription.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may just clarify that if you are a Complete user, have a NEW keycode, and therefore IF use either the Password Manager and/or Backup & Sync, then you need to make sure that the Support Team add the time from the NEW subscription/Keycode to your existing subscription and NOT the other way around.
This is because the data from the Password Manager/Backup & Sync that is held in the Cloud for you is keyed on amongst other things the KEYCODE, somanything stored when using your current/expiring subscription will not be accessible using the NEW subscription/keycode.
