Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Please make sure you are logged into the Password Manager and that the PM icon is green and not gray. If it's gray then click on it to log in. Please use the same password and email that you used to register your online account. If you are logged in then please check the credentials for the site in question by clicking on the Password Manager>Sites>Category> Site in question>right-click>edit.
Be sure the URL is correct and also the Username and Password. Be sure the Never Autofill box is unchecked and that the AutoLogin box is checked.
This should resolve the problem. Please let us know either way. :)
