If you are able to use other browsers, IE, Edge, Firefox, etc, without problem, chances are that you are quite safe in just closing Chrome, or if that will not work to reboot the computer, but feel free to verify with Support prior to doing this.

they are **bleep**ing **bleep** people operating out of south carolina. and should be reported to CIA, FBI and police.... How can they allow this idiots to operate like ! you know who and where they are - so why don't you shut them down and charge them for running a **bleep** business like this?

Webroot, as well as probably every other security software vendor, does of course do what they can to help shut down bad sites, but it is not as easy as it sounds. I really have no idea if you filing a complaint with the police or FBI would have any effect, but it would not hurt I am sure.
If you think you may have been infected with any malware or adware by the site, please submit a Trouble Ticket so that Support can help you remove it.
