when I go to password manager on webroot site, the top half is black

the bottom is OK. If I edit one at the bottom, I get a bar that just keeps going across

I have seen something similar so may I ask which browser you are using to access the Password Manager online? I presume that this issue has persisted even after you have rebooted your system?
Well, which ever browser you use, when this next happens I would suggest that you clear the browser's cache, closing the browser in question and then trying to access the Passwor Manager immediately, to see if that helps?
If that does not help then you had best Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can take a look at the issue for you as it may be that it resides in the back office systems, something to which we Community Members have no access to.
