Camera wont link up via usb cable to download pics after installing webroot. Any help appreciated

Installed webroot and camera wont link up via usb cable to download pics. Tried several cameras and none work. Any one with same problem? Any help appreciated.

Thanks but nothing worked. Nothing is blocked by webroot. Also wanted to let you know. All other usb devices work fine. May try to reinstall camera software.

Sorry forgot to ask, how can i get phone support? Also when i first installed webroot there was no problem with them wanting to chat about any questions i had. Can't seem to find chat anywhere now. Help me get in touch with these people. If the service is this bad i will remove webroot.

Thanks everyone. Got it figured out. It was that piece of s**t  Norton removal tool i used to remove Norton that caused one of Pnp ports to malfuntion. It only effecticed my cameras, no other usb devices. Several installs, system restores, and delete this and that i figured it out. Webroot back up and running and works great.
