Cannot sign in to account

When I try to sign in to password manager,I cant get access,I dont remember my security code or my secret question answer,I do have the security code when I registered the product but apparently it is not the same.Could someone please tell me how to change these so I can access some things of this product.I have only had it about tel days and this the first time I am trying to access it

Our Support Team can help you with your Security Question and Security Code. It is actually a separate code and you could reset them, but you would need to know one or the other. Please Open a Support Ticket so that they can securely assist you.
