Help Please - Cannot Install

I just purchased:
Webroot SecureAnywhere® Internet Security Plus 
 
I then followed instructions sent to my email.  
 
I get the following error when I enter my keycode:
 
'The keycode could not be verified at this time.  Ensure that SecureAnywhere is allowed to connect to the internet and try again.'
 
-- I have a working internet connection.
 
-- I 'unblocked' the file in properties.
 
-- I turned off my Firewall
 
No matter what I do, I still get the above message...
 
Any help would be appreciated!

If you are copying/pasting the keycode into the field, are you ensuring that there are no spaces accidently added to the beginning or end of the keycode?

I've seen that happen before. 

And like  @ said, you can always contact support if all else fails.
