How can I remove "PerforMax Cleaner" . Can Webroot remove this malware? What steps to get this gone.

How can I remove "PerforMax Cleaner". Please tell me how to get this thing removed. Webroot did not auto remove it. 
 
How can I manually remove it with webroot?
