I want to totally, compleatly remove Webroot and all traces of Webroot from my computer.
I have "uninstalled" it but apparantly that didn't work.
It keeps scanning my computer, & reporting to me.
My subscription even expired a few months ago and even that didn't make it go away!
I pull it up and it says it scanned my computer 33 minutes ago even removed threats.
I took this computer to Best Buy just for a check up and, without even asking,
they put Webroot on and deleated my other program that was working fine.
Now my computer is suddenly super, sick, stupid & slow!
I want Webroot off so I can get my other program back on.
HELP!!!

Hello ?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble uninstalling Webroot.
Normally one would uninstall Webroot the same as any other program, through the control panel. However, on rare occasions, sometimes this option is not available or is unsuccessful.

Please see this KB Article for other options for uninstalling.

As a last resort, WSA can be uninstalled using the online Web console (if you created one). Please let us know if you need additional info regarding this method of uninstalling.

Hope this info helps,

The problem with the "super, sick, stupid & slow" is likely, Best Buy did  not uninstall your previous AntiVirus program???? Which program were you previously using??

Webroot has a very small footprint which you may be interested in exploring further!
