I have a new keycode.  How do I update the old keycode to the new keycode?  When I try to insert the new disk, Webroot is not allowing download of the new bringing up the old declaing such information already exists.  My old keycode with the subsription expiring is what seems to be blocking the installation of the new.

Thank you.

Hello Jimmy01,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

You can replace an existing keycode with a new one by performing the following steps:

- Open Webroot SecureAnywhere and click the My Account link at the bottom left side of the screen
- On the My Account screen click the link for Activate a New Keycode.
- Enter your keycode in the field provided and press Activate.

Here is a visual of this below,

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:

  1. Open SecureAnywhere.
  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.

Please let us know if you need more help.

Kind Regards,
