Hi Ernie303Welcome to the Community Forums.The Webroot Web Filtering Extension (WFE) should be installed on your PC when you install WSA, and then when you next open your browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox but NOT Edge at present) you should be prompted to allow the installation & enablement of the WFE.I would open your browser(s) repeatedly after you have installed WSA, and then if you do not see the install prompt then go into the Extension Manager for the browser(s) and check as to whether iti s a. installed, & b. enabled.Post back re. what you find.Regards, Baldrick
