Is my internet security keeping me from transferring library books to my nano iPod?

Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum,
I have an iPos Nano and I've got my plugged in and it's transferring to iTunes but I can't be sure about transferring library books to the nano. I don't think Webroot would stop the transfer of your library but...also make sure iTunes is updated maybe?
Edited: You can shut down Webroot and see if you can transfer library with Webroot shut off temporaily.
