In my account console, under protected PCs, one of my computers has three separate entries. How can I resolve this?

Hello @,

Welcome to the Webroot Community!

This is usually changed by a change of hardware or a full system reset.

To resolve this:

1) Login to your management account
2) Click on PC Security and then click on the PC you wish to remove
3) Click on "Commands" and then "Deactivate"

If you do not see the "Command" tab, you will need to:

1) Click your email in the top right corner of the screen
2) Click "Manage Users"
3) Click the little blue guy at the far right
4) Click "Access and Permissions"
5) Ensure that "PC Security Console" is set as Admin

Save the permissions and then repeat the earlier steps, the commands tab will now be present.

Please let me know if this helped or if you require any further assistance.

Best Regards,
Thank you!

Well, my problem is I don't know which of those is really her current system. Yes I did install an SSD with Windows 10 on it, and it has undergone a version upgrade in the short time it's been on there, which in these Insider Preview stages is like reinstalling the OS.

I guess the thing to do would be to delete them all and start over. I guess that's what I'll do.

Hello @,

You can tell which computer is which by selecting the PC, clicking on Scan information, and then removing the ones with the older "Last Seen" date and keeping the most recent one.

I would not advise removing them all.

Best Regards,
OK, thanks! I would have added it back right away, but your way sounds better!
