There is no problem with that at all. WSA does NOT use definitions that must be updated every day or multiple times a day like other solutions. WSA is CLOUD based. The 'update date' that you see is probably simply the date that the last application version was installed on your computer.
WSA DOES release program updates with bug fixes, improvements, etc on a regular basis. The current release I believe is version 8.0.4.46.

Well what my phone is saying? You may be at risk! Your definitions needs updating they are a week behind? when I go to fix it? I it does nothing and I have an Org question mark?

I am not currently using the Android version, so I am not sure how often it is updated. If it seems to have not updated for an unusually long time, you might try removing it and reinstallibg
