don't see the renewed key code number on my receipt

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
When you say you 'renewed' WSA online did Webroot actually renew your existing subscription, and you were NOT sent a NEW Keycode as a result OR did you purchase another, NEW subscription, in which case you should have been provided with a NEW keycode?
 
Did you renew from Webroot online or with Best Buy Geek Squad?
