Subscription expired

Hi, I recently noticed that my subscription was expiring soon but the problem is I paid for a yearly subscription and its only been around six months. I'm currently subscribed to Internet Security Plus for three devices. any insight is appreciated, thanks.

It looks like your subscription for Internet Security Plus is through Best Buy.
 
If your Webroot SecureAnywhere software is showing an expiration countdown timer after renewing your subscription, please be advised the timer will continue to countdown and will reset on the actual day of your plan's expiration date (02/28/2017). You are still protected and no additional action is required.
