Temp files
My webroot says I have 2557mb of temporary files in windows/ie only. I have tried to delete these but no luck. Can anyone help me get rid of these files?

Have you tried the System Optimizer? Here is the PC User Guide
Here is an article here from Microsoft http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/delete-temporary-internet-files
Some of us do use CCleaner by Piniform. which will clear these temporary files for you. But make sure you set a restore point with Windows first.

You can do this as well to clean out all unnecessary files from Windows: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-10/disk-cleanup-in-windows-10 and here: https://www.google.ca/search?q=Disk+cleanup&oq=Disk+cleanup&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i60l3&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
