System Optimizer reported "An active process has a possible memory leak. (efSharp.BrowserSubprocess.exe.)"  In the expanded report I found the address attached to Mailbird.  What am I supposed to do with this information?

Hi gailouise8350,

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

The System Analyzer info should be taken with a grain of salt, imo. It is just a baseline comparison against other system in terms of hardware and performance. As far as memory leaks, there are many different programs/apps that leak memory, most notably, browsers. This problem stems from the app developers and not your system or Webroot. You can find additional info on memory leaks HERE.

The best thing to do is simply restart the app/program in question perodically, as the longer its open the more memory it tends to leak.

Hope this info helps,:)
