how do i download my renewed subscription to the other pc's.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
That is all quite simple...all you need to do is to either transfer the installer that you used on your current PC or connect to the Internet on the PC you want to install WSA on and download a further copy of the installer from here (or from here if a Best Buy customer).
 
Then proceed as you did for your exisitng installation or:
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
• Install with the installer, enter your Keycode
• Let it finish it's install scan and for good measure
• Reboot once again

Please note, just in case you are under the misapprehension that renewal means reinstall...that is not the case.  If you have renewed your existing license then there is nothing further to do.  If you have pseudo 'renewed', i.e., you have received a new license code then all you need to do is to enter the new keycode to activate it...but consider letting your old keycode expire first to make full use of it.
