how to add existing pc's with webroot already on them to web account ?
I have two PC's with webroot installed about 6 months ago. Today I decided to create my online web account. I wanted to add the two PCs to the account, but it wants me to do a software download, not needed. Then it wants an initial scan? Is there a way to add the two computers ?

Welcome to the Webroot Community
Try adding your new keycode in the "Manage Keycodes" section of the Console, When you sign in, click your email address at the top right, go to "Manage Keycodes," and choose to "Add Product Keycode." Once the new keycode exists in the console, the console will understand that it should start displaying that subscription data.
Please have Webroot do a scan. Reboot.
