i have added webroot to my laptop. and the home page says there are no pc's added. Why is that?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you have only recently added WSA to your laptop it can take some time for the online console to synchronise with the local client(s).
Try running a manual scan as that sometimes 'nudges' the online console into recognising the installation.
