If you would send me a private message with the email that you used to purchase or register with I would be happy to look into this for you.
I was unable to locate anything in our system with the email that you used to create your community account.
In regards to disabling the "lock" could you please provide more information about what it is that you are seeing?
Are you referring to the lock icon on the Webroot icon or are you perhaps locked out of logging in?
