Why is resplendence.com blocked?

Why is http://www.resplendence.com blocked? I detest these messages about blocking a site and you don't say WHY, Malware on that site? I don't believe it. Everyione needs the "whocrashed" app. Don't want to download it from CNet or something. Looks like there is a new version of the app that blocks sites. How to get it? And, if you block or allow a site, how do you change to the other option afterward?

Can you please check it with this link http://www.brightcloud.com/support/lookup.php as it's not being Blocked here and that tells me you are still no the 2013 Web Shield and they are still rolling out slowly the 2014 Web Shield built on BrightCloud and more just have a little more patience and you will get it soon. http://www.brightcloud.com/toc/index.php
