It's a security app for android, like in case you lose your phone you can remote wipe.

It is a really good anti-theft app. I use it on my techs smartphones. It can do all sorts of stuff.

Hello, Never heard of this for Android..will it conflict with WSA or is just a wipe clean program? I guess I'll look it up..huh?

Yes, it will work perfectly fine with WSA installed.
 
And, it is much more than just a wipe-clean program. It can show location, constant tracking, call logs, location history, SMS history, lock screen messages, any message on the phone display, and even make the phone "talk" whatever word(s) you type into the web interface. Of course, it will also lock and wipe the device.
