Payment with Local Currency:
When I clicked the “Renew now” button within Webroot SecureAnywhere, it took me to the page called “Easy One-Page Checkout.” Given that there was nothing on the page to identify the currency of the renewal price shown, I assumed that it was my local Australian dollar currency (AUD). However, if this page is showing US dollar currency (USD), instead of local AUD it would be misleading because I couldn’t find any link on this page (Webroot’s “Easy One-Page Checkout”) allowing me to quickly access or change it to my local currency.  Webroot neglects to explain this via its prompts and links through the renewal steps within the program.
My other option to renew my subscription (by bypassing the “Renew now” button) is to go to “www.Webroot.com” which automatically takes me to https://www.webroot.com/gb/en  (not the AU site), and subsequently to https://www.webroot.com/gb/en/cart?key+ where no option exists to insert my existing keycode (for renewal). So, this then compounds the problem by creating another question regarding the issue of license/keycode expiry-date concurrency and its subsequent renewal, using a NEW keycode (purchased on the above “gb/en” page). So, after 24 hours of searching (too late to cancel my new license/keycode purchase) I eventually found the Australian URL: https://www.webroot.com/au/en/home/renewal)
Therefore, given my renewal with a new keycode, the renewal process then became more complicated, raising the following question:
Will I lose any remaining days when I enter my new license-keycode (for renewal)? That is, will the duration of my newly-purchased keycode run consecutively to my existing keycode (with more time added), or will the remaining days of the existing license-keycode be concurrent with it?
Webroot Renewal of Keycode:
During the renewal process (via links within the Webroot application), there are no answers to the following?
Does Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus:
·         Activate (start of subscription clock/duration) immediately when keycode is first entered (after app-installation)? Or
·         Activate at the time of purchase of license/keycode?
Also, Do answers (to the above 2 questions) depend on whether it is an app-renewal or initial purchase?
In other words:
·         Will I lose any remaining days when I enter my new license-keycode (for renewal)? That is, will the duration of my newly-purchased keycode run consecutively to my existing keycode (with more time added), or will the remaining days of the existing license-keycode be concurrent with it?
