[Mac] Webroot causing random kernel panics...

My Mac is getting random Kernel Panics.

Hello Pikachu4170 and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
 
For an item like this, it is probably best for you to submit a Trouble Ticket (See link below in my signature).  While we have a large number of very knowledgeable people here on the Commumity, items of this nature may need the assistance of more advanced help than what we volunteers can give.
 
 
I too have been having Kernel Panics with Webroot installed, but mine only seem to happen when I shutdown my system, reboot or some time when I put it to sleep, other than that, it appears to be running normal.
 
If I shutdown the WSdaemon prior to reboot it has no caused kernel panics so far, hopefully it won't keep happening.

Pikachu, the error in question occurs when there is some other kind of software running alongside Webroot that ties into the HID (keyboard/mouse) driver. The workaround is to disable keylogging protection or the other software that ties into the HID driver.
