Received update email....

...but the interface is the same.  Currently have version 8.0.3.3.  Also my Secure Anywhere portal is showing last scan on 10/2/13  but my software indicates the last scan was 3 minutes ago.  Should I re-download the software?  Thanks in advance...

The portal does have a few minutes delay on showing the latest scan, so that will probably update in the next 30 minutes, give or take a few.
 
As for still being on 8.0.3.3, that is a pretty outdated build I believe.  Do you have automatic updates turned off?  You might want to copy the key code, uninstall, and then do a fresh install from a fresh download.  I strongly suggest that you do not alter the default automatic updates though.

As the original poster replied that the problem is resolved, I did give a Solution credit: To TH as I forgot the all importand reboot after re-install.

I agree with David do a clean reinstall the Download link is in David's signature and make sure you have a copy of your keycode and do a reboot after uninstall!

Thanks to both of you...did as you suggested and installed updated version.  All is good in the world again!  :D  Never did shut down the auto update feature though in any version so not sure what happened.  Before uninstalling I checked to see if I had the latest version and it stated I did but all is fine now...thanks again.
