Computer stuck in zoom mode

Computer is stuck in zoom. role mouse buttom in allmost any screen and it zooms instead of scrolling, even the icon page.
I can not fill in any fields by typeing. Can anyone help???

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Are you running Windows 10 by any chance?

Hi Sherry,
Yes to Windows 10. The issue is on my PC. I have tried rebooting. I've tried signing out. The issue just does not seem to want
to go away. I tried to do as the video suggested but it seems to be for a laptop.
If I go to a page that needs me to fill in whatever, I get all kinds of weird things happening and I'm not able to type anything in.
Thanks for your input. I hope this can be resolved

EDITED Look to see if the zoom is on in Windows. Type in  Zoom in the search bar and you  will see Turn Maginfier On/Off
